[Icepath]
I listeend to her words again, and I chuckled briefly. I was glad my friend knew how tough I was. Because the words I said were a promise. I would die for these kits if I had. My life no longer mattered, their's did. If I got hurt, it didn't matter. If they did, I'd kill the cat who'd hurt them. I felt her nose touch mine and her words hum against my eardrums again. I did wonder where Mudsplash had been during this time. He might've been collecting herbs, and you had to swim off the island to get the one's who must needed, I'd been with him before. I just waved my tail in farewell to her, suddenly too tired to speak. I nuzzled each of my kits in turn and then I pressed my tail to my nose, and drifted into an easy, dreamless sleep.

[Moonstar]
I watched as Deathcreeper arrouse from her sleep. Good, another member that could be up for patrolling. I did know that Dawnsky and Deathcreeper were related somehow, I just had no clue how they were. Deathcreeper never took any extra notice of her kin, and Dawnsky didn't either. Oh well, I do have enough things to think about then confusing kin relationships. I, myself had no further kin in this Clan, or any of the other Clans for that matter. My life had been interesting. Born to two great warriors of the Clan with two other siblings. Then my mother had kits with another tom other than my father, giving me two other half-siblings. I had a mate and was pregnant before I was a warrior. I gave birth on the battlefield where my father, the leader of our Clan and my mate had been slaughtered. One was stillborn, the other grew to be a medicine cat. I took in another abandon kit to nurse and she became my best friend. Then I met another tom that turned out to be a traitor and was plotting against us. I was pregnant with his kits too. Gave birth to a litter of six. Then my Clan was destroyed, we all scattered, I wandered here, made the Clan and now I'm leader. Strange isn't it?
yes, I did miss my sisters and brothers a lot, and my kits, the whole seven of them. I didn't miss Shrewheart, he was a traitor to his Clan and let us all get seperated without trying to save us. I hated him now and regretted being the own to produce him blood that he didn't deserve. But I didn't worry about them. They were out there on their own and that was that. They could be dead by now. I would be terribly sad, if I ever found out. That's why I didn't worry myself. There was not a possible way I would be able to know what had happened to them anyways. It just wasn't worth the effort.
I looked at Deathcreeper again as she dipped her head to me, and asked a questions after greeted us. I replied back, Dawn patrol. So far, it's me, and Dawnsky. Care to join us?
occ; sure, that's fine. =] it'll be more exciting!

Ravenflight
I whipped my head around and saw one of my new clanmates, Icepaw. I really like that little apprentice. Like me, she wasn't born in VesperClan, and yet still serves them and treats them like she was born in their clan. Though, she used to be a rogue. While I was a TorrentClan traitor. Icepaw was real lucky that she wasn't a loathed traitor like I was. And, she was real lucky that she didn't have a vengeful sister with a severe case of bloodlust. And, I felt really comfortable around the cute apprentice. The same old thing, Icepaw. I was recalling the days in my birth clan. I really miss my old clanmates, especially Bloodpool. But, I never felt comfortable about their way of life. I hate being surrounded by water, I hate eating slippery fish on daily bases, and I find their fighting techniques quite weak. I enjoy this clan's life style. Wide open space, huge prey with red meat and no slimy scales, and this clan has like the coolest fight moves. And, I'm really fond of you all, but I still miss my old clanmates. But, I can't go back to IslandClan ever agian, nor do I want to. Besides, Bloodpool will tear me apart, litterally, and bathe in my blood if I ever return. True, I did betray my old clan, but I still care about them, and I still love my sister very much. But, my sister hates me, she betrayed me. Everyday, I feel like I'm being sliced in half. It's all so very confusing. I replied in a depressed tone. I felt a little bit better about sharing my feelings with someone. Pathetic, I know. You might as well call me Ravenkit. But still, I was so depressed that I couldn't help it. And so, I stared at Icepaw's eyes, patiently waiting for her to reply.
We are looking for devoted, active members, we REALLY need you!
Background: Ten Clans of the Forest, otherwise known fondly as TCOTF, was created by Featherstep on September 4th, 2006. It is two years old and has over 200 members. Our administrative team currently consists of six friendly and warrior loving staff members. Staff opportunities are offered often to members of TCOTF, so stay a while, prove your activity, and a position could be waiting for you. The RP difficulty is Easy-Literate, we have members who RP on all levels. The site’s staff is extremely well put together. Bios are always accepted, we have no spammers or impersonators, seeing as they are banned almost immediately, all members are friendly and kind. Gatherings, Award Ceremonies, Games, Polls and more fun await you at TCOTF. What are you waiting for? Join now!
Why should you join TCOTF? [From Current Members]
Feathy- TCOTF is just all around active. You don’t see many warrior sites that actually stay active these days. Also, with a larger amount of clans, there is a larger chance that you will get a high position such as leader, deputy and medicine cat. Guess what? We also allow deserving members to have multiple high spots and hold the position for more than one term!
Amber- I joined TCOTF a while ago and love it. Its an overall great site, with helpful admin including myself, nice members and good roleplaying. We may not have the 200 active members we once had, but we're aiming to. So join TCOTF - what are you waiting for? The fun awaits!
Ember- TCOTF is a very well managed site. There are many attentive admin that work very hard to make sure that the site is fun for all members. We welcome RPers of any level, and there are always many exciting RPs taking place everyday. If you would like to explore the wonderful world of the Ten Clans, please click on our link and check out our site. If you like what you see, feel free to join. I hope you decide to take a look! I’ll look forward to RPing with you.
About the Clans The ten clans are AshClan, BlazeClan, IceClan, RageClan, BoulderClan, BeachClan, FernClan, MeadowClan, DuneClan and FogClan. AshClan cats are known for loyalty in particular. BlazeClan cats are friendly, but perhaps too friendly with the other clans? IceClan cats are clever and quick witted, and never miss a thing. The evil clan is RageClan, who’s hearts are cold and crusted over with hate. BoulderClan are daring and confident, and never turn down a challenge. BeachClan, religious and rule abiding, DreamClan is always the basis of their everyday life. Quiet and reserved in dense forests lurk the FernClan cats, known for their fierce battle skills. MeadowClan lie just across the border, swift and caring, but known to not think before decision making. Secrets are buried in the sands of DuneClan, who are by far the most secretive and conservative in nature. FogClan are hardy and sly, and often use clever tricks to capture their prey and in battle. Lastly DreamClan, the fallen warrior ancestors who watch over the clan cats every move, and prophesize the events to come.
Current Happenings:
Currently on TCOTF, the members have been challenged by the administrator to reach 300 members in order to restore the leader, deputy and medicine cat positions to the site. As of right now, the majority of these spots are open, and if you're here when the 300th member joins and are an active part of the site then a high spot could easily be waiting for you. Just think THIRTY high spots. We need approximately 40 members to reach our goal. So please! Help us out, you won't regret it Until then, characters in each clan may step up and take the responsibilities of leader, deputy and medicine cat, but without the title, or the bestowed 'star' after their name. It is now that we will see who is a destined leader and who is a follower.
Volcanic Flames « Result #6 on Jan 28, 2009, 8:09pm »
VOLCANIC FLAMES
Four Fiery clans; Blazeclan, Ignitedclan, Emberclan and Sootclan
One Clan fighting against them, in the name of Starclan; Timberclan
One long-forgotten clan, living far off in a peaceful valley; Streamclan
What does the future hold for these six clans? How are their destinies related? The members of Volcanic Flames invite you to find out.
All positions are open, except for Streamclan Medicine cat and Leader, and the cats that fill the positions of Leader to Sootclan and Blazeclan are up for adoption.
We have recently experienced a bout of inactivity, and are recovering, and revamping the site- we’re looking for Admin, and, most definitely, new members. Please contact either Nightpool or Darkwater if you’re interested in an Admin position. Thank you!

{Icepaw}
The small figure of a black-furred rabbit darted across the moorland, completely unaware of anything but the wind blowing into its face. Unaware that it was being chased, but still running. A small she-cat raced after it, her paws landing silently on the ground and she chased the rabbit with the usual VesperClan speed. One second, the black rabbit was still running - the next, the cat leaped and had the big black lump under her paws. She sank her teeth into its neck quickly, and only released her grasp on it when she felt its body go limp.
The cat looked about eight moons old, and was small for her size - an apprentice. Her fur was sleek and white, the same beautiful ivory as the clouds floating lazily across the sky. Her eyes were a fierce and cold icy blue color. Her eyes were narrowed slightly, as if in defiance. She had long legs, like most VesperClan cats, built for taking long strides and running faster. Icepaw's favourite thing to do was run: She loved the feeling of wind flying into her face, and feeling weightless, as if she herself was floating in the air, just like a cloud.
The white she-cat was calm and collected, and always would rather be alone than around large groups of cats. She didn't have friends. She didn't want them. Icepaw was fine on her own, and she always thought that friends would distract her from her training. She wanted to become a warrior as soon as possible, so she wouldn't have to do everything her mentor tells her. Leaders and deputies were bad enough, but being ordered around by a warrior, no matter how unexperienced they were, wasn't right to her. She wasn't used to following orders at all.
Icepaw straightened herself for a moment, and shook her pelt to get rid of some dirt clinging to her pelt from her attack. She then picked up the black rabbit in her jaws, carrying it by its huge ears. Quietly, she turned and headed back in the direction of camp, when she heard something - a cat speaking. She paused, and when no one else replied, she realized the cat must be alone. Dropping the rabbit, she opened her mouth to drink in the scents around her. It was Ravenflight.
She followed the scent quietly until she spotted her. Icepaw didn't know much about the cat, except that she had left TorrentClan to come to VesperClan. Even though Icepaw had once been a rogue, she felt as if she had always been loyal to VesperClan, as if she had been born in it. But she wasn't. Normally, Icepaw would just ignore the cat and leave, but instead she spoke. "What's complicated?" she asked, remaining a fox-length away from the other cat. The white apprentices hated being near cats, even if she had known them for moons.

{Hawktalon}
Even though the territory around him was now becoming more and more unfamiliar, Hawktalon could sense that he was nearing TorrentClan's territory. The familiar smell was getting clearer and clearer, and although he had no idea where he was, it felt as if he had been there countless times before. Hearing the soft, comforting sound of running water, Hawktalon again felt as if he was near home. He already knew what he would do when he got to TorrentClan. First, he would find Icepath. Secondly, he would swim for a bit, to get the dirt off of his golden pelt. And for a moment, Hawktalon forgot his problems.

RAVENFEATHER
I started to just slightly let down my guard, it seemed like this cat didn't want to try anything. I padded along the familiar trail to TorrentClan's border, and thats when it hit me. What would we do when we actually got there? It's pretty obvious that Hawktalon wouldn't know where the camp was at. I couldn't just leave him there either, what if one of the patrols I set up came along, while I was gone, and chased him away. But I didn't really want to stay either, I think I was already gone long enough as it is. I'm pretty sure that none of my Clanmates would question mean, I am the deputy after all, but a strong Clan came from a strong and joint leadership. So how could it be stong if my Clanmates started suspecting me of treachery? Or worst, Wolfstar starts suspecting me? It's already worse enough as it is with me not being from their Clan, and it had caused quite an uproart when Wolfstar first announced me deputy. I was broken out of my little turmoil by the sound of running water. We weren't to far from the border now. I let out a faint sigh. I guess I can stay with him. If worst comes to worst when I'm back at camp, and they start questioning me, I'll just tell them what happened.

TIGERFUR
I couldn't help letting out an amused purr at Icepath's answer. Oh, I'm sure nobody would want to cross a queen with her first litter of kits, especially if it's you. I let out a soft snort. And whoever does must have thistledown for a brain. I looked back over to the kits and gave each one of them a tiny lick on the head. One of them let out a soft mew of, as if they were already protesting about Icepath giving them a bath. I got to my paws and briefly touched my nose to Icepath's. While I'm out, I'll try to see if I can find Mudsplash and tell him what happend. I might come back again tonight before I go to bed. I then turned, and with a wave of my tail, headed out of then nuser, crossed the clearing, out of the camp entrance and toward the border between my Clan and AbyssClan.
OOC: Who plays Mudsplash? I mean sure Tigerfur helped with Icepath's birth, but she's no medicine cat. I'm pretty sure that Icepath must still be in pain, even a little bit. Oh, and the kit I made meow was Cougarkit (even though he didn't receive his name yet), I couldn't resist adding that bit in.
